Consent to the Collection and Processing of Personal Data

By ticking the consent box on the Көпір platform, in accordance with Article 8 of Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 "On personal data and their protection", I give my consent to будет указано при запуске, BIN будет указано при запуске, to collect and process my personal data on the following terms.

1. 1.Data. Name, position or role, work contacts, information about my organization or team, texts of tasks, answers and proposals, technical data about my use of the platform.

1. 1.Purposes. Publishing tasks, maintaining the catalog, sending and reviewing proposals, communication between businesses and student teams, recording milestones and points, operation of the AI assistant, security of the platform.

1. 1.Actions with the data. Collection, recording, systematization, storage, modification, use, dissemination within the platform, depersonalization, blocking and destruction.

1. 1.Transfer. I agree to the transfer of data to the Operator's service providers, including providers of artificial intelligence systems. The providers' servers may be located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1. 1.Term. The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn.

1. 1.Withdrawal. I may withdraw my consent by writing to будет указано при запуске, except where the law does not allow withdrawal. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing unless it has another legal basis.

1. 1.Minors. If I am under 18, the consent is given on my behalf by my legal representative.

The consent is given electronically by ticking a box on the platform. The Operator keeps a record of the date and version of this consent.
